Show Us How You’ve Been Celebrating D.E.A.R. for Dyslexia!

We’re so excited to share our D.E.A.R. for Dyslexia campaign, and to watch D.E.A.R. time –‘Drop Everything and Read’ time - open up for so many people.  We’ve had a lot of fun putting all our resources together, and we can’t wait to see how many people we can get into reading through championing a shared love of it.

But we’re even more excited to see how you’ve been taking part in D.E.A.R. for Dyslexia! We’d love to see photos or videos showing us where you’ve been spending your D.E.A.R time. Whether that’s cosy reading nooks constructed by home learners, classroom reading dens full of amazing titles or even some extreme reading locations like treehouses, climbing frames and more, we want to see where you’ve been hitting the books.

We’d also like to see some videos-  capture young learners celebrating their enjoyment of reading and sharing their favourite books and stories. We’re all about seeing what reading means to people, and sharing that enthusiasm with the world.

Educators and parents can join in too! If you’re the bookish sort, share a short video with us talking about what reading means to you, or even just what titles you’ve been getting into lately – from fantastical adventures to hard-boiled crime fiction, anything goes!

You can keep us in the loop by using the #DEARForDyslexia hashtag on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter – we can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to!
