WESTBURY, UK, JANUARY 29th— For the third year in a row, Genius Within, an organisation focusing on in-work support for neurominorities, is holding their ‘Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards’ and has recently confirmed Scanning Pens has received nominations in two categories. These awards highlight the extraordinary achievements of people with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Autism, and ADHD, as well as organisations that nurture inclusive environments for neurodiverse talent.

The first nomination for Scanning Pens was in the ‘Assistive Technology Implementation of The Year’ category. As a dedicated assistive technology company, this award reflects Scanning Pens’s key company goals. They aim to deliver assistive technology to all those who need reading assistance and find that regularly includes neurominorities. Having tailored their technology to cater to the specific needs of their largely neurodiverse audience, Scanning Pens are always considering the implementation and effectiveness of their support.

The second nomination for Scanning Pens was for the ‘Inclusion Project of The Year’ and specifically focused on their Succeed With Dyslexia movement. This project has been a part of Scanning Pens for several years now and has recently become a hub for dyslexia support due to the success of their Go Red For Dyslexia campaign. They founded this campaign to raise awareness for dyslexia but have since grown this movement into a coalition of dyslexia organisations focused on delivering support to people with dyslexia across the globe.
